What's the general view at the end of 2018? Highly polished or au naturel? Hints, tips and pics welcomed. I can't decide the best way to proceed and would appreciate some inspiration!
I have had polished both the 45mm and 50mm half systems for my 748R, not show standard but shiny clean and I think they look good. Won't be many miles before they blue up and get cruddy but having polished them, I think they'll be easier to clean if I keep on top of cleaning. Andy

I have had all my exhausts polished over the years. They are much easier to keep clean as the polished finish doesn't trap the dirt and crud as much. I have always taken mine to the local polishing firm as doing it oneself is a tiresome and dirty job. Maximum I have paid is around £90 for the complete system, straps, springs etc.
