748 Low Beam Not Working (fixed But Now High Beam Is Duff!)

A bit of a strange one here. Low beam stopped working so thought it must be the bulb, changed bulb but still no joy so have started investigating with the multimeter.

Earth seems to be good and all connections solid.

I’m getting power to the bulb, 11.8v measured.

Both old and new bulbs have about 1.8 ohms resistance across them so assume they’re good.

Any thoughts? I’m totally stumped.

 

Relay, gave it a tap and we’re golden. Noticed that the high beam is now playing up a bit too though

 

So...as above, low beam now working after unsticking the really, unfortunately though high beam has now started playing up.

Bulb is fine.

Power getting to the bulb and earth is good.

Relay is clicking when I switch to high beam and the blue indicator is coming on.

Any pointers?
