748 Nose Cone Needed In Red - Anyone?

  1. I bought a 95 748 recently and it needs some work. The nose cone was broken so I need a new one. Anyone know whether a GRP race one will work or any disadvantages to buying one of those versus a road one as one has come up on ebay for £79?

  3. I had a GRP nosecone on my yellow 748 years ago and was hard to spot unless close up. I'm sure others will come up with current manufacturers details. Original nosecones in good condition/good price come up very rarely now so £79 for a sound one, even if it needs painting isn't too bad.

  5. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to, I think they are around £50 new unpainted in GRP.
