748 sidestand ballache

  1. Its a right fiddly fecker. With boots on its hard for me to get my boot on it and get the thing down easily.
    Has anyone found and alternative I can fit, maybe something that has a peg on the stand or something like that?

  4. A US firm make an oversized "foot" for the stand, it looks a bit ugly though.

  9. No. I am already hyper cool. I bought it to loose money on and drive me nuts for 90% of the time, just waiting for that 10% of euphoria when the roads empty and you and the bike are in perfect harmony. I'd also like to teach the world to sing.

  14. haha I'll have a look at the 848 option, and if see what's what. If not I'll enjoy the stigmata and try to look cool as fuck as I faff around with it while trying not to fall off :)

  15. +1 - now second nature... you'll get used to it and love it.... I wish my 848 had the same side stand... Hmmm... I should change it I suppose...

  16. Hahhaha I'm cursed. Flaming thing broke on me!! Does anyone know if an 848 stand will fit, and how the conversion works. Any extra bits n bobs required? Cheers all.
