748 Wheel Swap/ Upgrade

  1. Hi all, Can’t find a definitive answer but looking to get some lighter wheels for my 748.
    Would wheels from an 848 fit? Or should I just be going for Marchesini 5 spokes? Mine has the 3 spoke right now

  2. Back 848 will fit but not the front, no speedo drive pick up.

    5 spokes are a good shout but I'd look after market, oz gass are a cracking wheel or bst if you fancy carbon.

  3. i ran Dymag C5 carbon wheels on my 748, best performance upgrade you can make on the 748 I feel..

  4. Thanks guys, they are awesome wheels but I’m not sure I can justify the cost of carbon or the OZ magnesium ones- I’ve already poured a small fortune into the bike this year
    Do Marchesini off a monster fit the 748 spindle on the rear??

  5. Oz also do alloy wheels which is a cheaper option.

    Not sure on the monster fitment bud
