748E Dyno run

  1. Hi all,

So I have booked my 2002 748E in with Tony at moto corse in wrexham saturday for a dyno run (thanks MMATTYT) - nothing special just a power run and check of A/F ratio.

The bike has had a service over winter (all fluids, belts, fuel filter, spark plugs, air filters, etc) and I balanced the TB's and reset TPS end of last riding season. It is fairly standard; a 45mm termi half system, JHP chip and an ally sintered clutch setup from a 1098.

Anyway, not expecting miracles or anything but realistically what kind of power should I look at making?

    Cheers :upyeah:

  2. Have a look here BikeBoy.org for some indicative dyno runs. Check out the 748 strada runs, that one had a 50mm exhaust so if yours makes 90 RWHP its probably doing well.

  3. Yeah if I managed 90rwhp I would be over the moon!

  4. Well, had her dyno'd today and achieved a very respectable 92.85rwhp with 50.97ft/lb torque so I'm chuffed :)
