748r - What Does This Warning Light Do?

  1. Hi,
    Does anyone have any idea what the little light below the fuel warning light is / does?
    Not in the manual so I suspect something fitted after manufacture?

  2. Not a standard fitment

    Bet it’s an aftermarket alarm set / warning light

  3. That looks like a aftermarket charging light.
    I have one fitted to my 748.

  5. It’s an led off an old datatool alarm. Popular place to fit them back in the day

  13. As said above, it's from the old (troublesome)datatool alarm. I removed it from that bike, but left the light so not to be left with a hole. Hope she is running well for you.:upyeah:
