@Duke of Stow One of my favourite tricks for ebay... When I find what I'm looking for but think it is overpriced, add it to your watch list and wait until they don't sell. Request them to re-list the item at a more reasonable price and then see how it goes from there... If the item does get re-listed at a price that your happy with then buy it, if not watch it end again and then approach the seller with an offer of what your happy to pay for it with the seller having the knowledge that there are currently no other buyers coming forward Managed to get a few items at what I would consider very reasonable prices by doing this...
