Hey guys, Way down here in New Zealand I have been offered a 749r engine, done only 6000km. Has no slipper clutch but it is mint and came out of a running bike. Question, Can buy for £1000...but already have a spare 749r engine complete...is it worth getting another ? My bike is a 04 Carbon, has done 18,000km and I use it. Just before Christmas time too...Grrr, probably why he is offering it too me as he needs the coin...as do we all before Christmas. Chris
Well it has the 749W4C stamped on the cases, so yes would have to be genuine...cams ? Is it easy to see if they are the right ones...what would I look for to compare between my ones and this engines ones.
