750ss Frame Numbers

  1. Anyone know the final frame numbers on the carb 750ss, just interested to see how close mine is to the last ones before face lift.

  4. So the book I have dose not list numbers but there were a total of 9,860 made in the production run from 91 to 97 and I believe the numbers started at 000001. According to the book I have there were modifications to 750 in 97 and its was from frame number 010113. That's the last frame number listed in the book but there were a total of 1146 bikes made that year. Not sure if that means the last bike off the line had frame number 011259. Hope that helps

  5. My 97 750 has a frame number about 100 higher than 010113 so maybe 011259 is nearer the mark.
