Hi all Just trying to help a mate who's looking at getting a 821 Stealth. Anyone had problems with insurance brokers / company's recognising the stealth ? ....he's tried Carole Nash and a another I think ... neither recognise the stealth model. He's with CN so doesn't want to end the policy and change to another company. Cheers Gerr
Does it matter that its a stealth? Surely just a colour ref? My 1199s “Stealth” popped up straight away on Bennetts
Hi Well ...I believe there is an equipment difference from the base model ......the thing is insurance companies are getting very aggressive nowadays re accuracy on vehicle spec ....allowing them to reverse out over a few stickers etc...mate just wants the bike and to be able to insure it ..... Interesting the stealth 1199 exists on their books Hopefully he's turned up some answers today Cheers Gerr
