Fellow members, i have a set of BRAND NEW never used set of Sil Moto carbon silencers for 848/1098/1198 for sale, i was going to pop them on Fleabay, but thought i would offer them to fellow members first. I used to the Sil Moto importer for the UK, but have decided to call it a day so need to shift my remaining stock. They come with removable baffles and are E3 homologated with built in CAT's. Beautifully made and much lighter than the original items. These normally retail at £999.00 plus VAT. Make me a decent offer.
They look gorgeous, are they just end cans, or can they be used to replace Termi end cans on a full system ?
Thanks mate, yes they are gorgeous, beautifully made, i believe they will slip on to a full system, if you look at the first couple of pics you can see the length of the pipes, they fit onto the link pipes. Hope that helps
No they won't fit onto a full system. Believe me I tried. Ended up forking out for some termi cans too when I picked up some headers. The internal diameter of the termi pipes is the same as the internal diameter of the cans so the pipes are about 1mm too wide. matt
Its very kind of you to make an offer, but i cant sell them for that, i paid much more than that for them, they retail at £999 plus VAT, and they are brand new. Thanks all the same.
