I got this Sargent seat for my 848 but I don't use it enough hence the listing. Its no taller than the standard seat but is definitely more sculpted as well as having more and better padding. I've used it for a couple of long trips (300 miles +) and have found it very comfortable It allows you to have your bum further back in the seat where its got a bit more sculpting and stops your gentleman's appendages from being pushed against the tank. The only down side I've found is that as I have short legs (30") you feel it more than the standard seat on the back of your thighs. Its certainly not uncomfortable though and if you had a longer leg this wouldn't even be a factor. Condition is as new on the top. The underside is a little worn but nothing is stretching and none of the foam is deteriorating. I've got Ducati Performance seat which I'd be happy to swap. It has one small mark close to the tank on the left hand side, other than this it's as new. I'll post a photo tonight.
The tank pad is from Snells....was fitted before I picked up the bike. Its quite big but does a good job covering the bits of the tank that need covering....its also gloss rather than matte but hey ho. Let me know if you want better pics A
Thanks for the pictures. I'll pass on the DP seat as there's a fair amount of wear on the corners and I can get a new one for about the £150 mark. Anyone want a DP seat?
