Check out the Oberon website as they always sold mirror extenders which fitted to your original indicator Stems. They kept the same look but extended them out a little so you never had to do the elbow chicken dance to be able to see behind you. Might also be the cheapest option.

Its interesting when I get on the other bike, I still do the chicken dance .. having a Ducati is making me do more life saver checks as the mirrors are pretty pointless.
