Hi there, I've got a set of Ducati Performance 853 pistons that I bought back in 2013 intending to use to upgrade my 748. I've never got round to it and think I should shift them on, plans change don't they?! The kit is two pistons, new gudgeon pins and new piston rings. The pistons weigh exactly the same as the original 748 pistons so this can be just a top end upgrade. I did loads of research before buying these and would be happy to help the purchaser. All you need in addition is either a set of 916 barrels or send your 748 barrels off to be bored for the 853 pistons. I have details of where and who can do this. I also have a spare set of 748 barrels that I could throw into the mix. All I want for the pistons is what I paid for them - £350, I'm open to offers. I'll post them for free. Barrels I would throw in for free but will have to charge postage. Photo of a new piston next to an old one that's done 21k miles.
