The instruction for fitting Ducati accessories on the Multistrada V2 / V2S / V2S Travel (MY 2025+) which are included as a PDF download at the foot of the Equipment > Accessories web pages on the Ducati website. These PDFs use multilanguage extension which have to be viewed using Adobe Acrobat on a Mac OS X or Windows 10 (or later) computer to work correctly using the buttons at the top of each page to select the language. If you open one these files in an other PDF viewer (e.g. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge) the language selection buttons don't work and you can only see the default Italian text. The Adobe Acrobat app on my Android mobile phone also doesn't work correctly. Having installed Adobe Acrobat on my PC running Windows 11, I can now view all the installation PDFs in English. To save a PDF file with just the English text displayed, select the printer option and "print to PDF". This takes a while as it "flatteners" the contents resulting in a smaller PDF file size but is a bit of long winded process but at least the resulting files can be viewed my any PDF application. Before I found this work around, I contacted Ducati support via the "My Ducati" app. The next day I got a call from Ducati (Italy) to discuss the problem. I've emailed them back with my understanding of the issue and how I've resolved it.
