  1. Thanks for the reminder @Nasher , as i also need a 900ss Superlight rear hugger replacement, mine has been kicked around the schoolyard by some twats.

#Looking for an original factory one if possible.

  2. Could you post an image of your old one along with maybe a couple of pertinent dimensions.

Whilst looking in my storage container for something that would fit the 999, even temporarily, I found 3 different huggers, all genuine Ducati and in good condition.
Trouble is I can't remember what they are off.
They are very likely to be 851/888, Early Monster, and 900SS, the last of which I assume is the same as your SL.

I won't be home until late this evening but could take a better look then.

  3. Yes i'll do much later today as i'm on a rideout this afternoon.:upyeah:

  4. Don't worry, found an image of one online which I'll compare to the ones I have later.

  5. I've seen this one on Ebay for £50 + P&P with a hole in it where the tyre has rubbed:

Which is mad when Genuine ones are available new from Stein-Dinse for a reasonable price:

The one I have which I believe came off a 90's 600SS is in pretty good shape, but it does have some marks on it:

Considering the prices of the new genuine and non-genuine ones from Stein-Dinse, I think I'd be looking for £25 collected or £30 posted within the UK(except the usual places with additional costs involved)

  7. Sorry XH, had a bit of a 'Senior Moment'.

I think you're in for a bit of a Rocking Horse generated Soil conditioner search there.
