916 standard clutch cover

  1. I'm after a standard clutch cover for my 916. Needs to be in very good condition. Did the side casing colour always match the clutch cover? If so I need the darker grey/green one.

  2. Yes they were painted to match the engine side case colour. Some models had alloy covers of the same colour.

    I have a fibreglass copy of an original clutch cover to sell if you are interested, it will need painting though but it is an exact replica.

  4. I have a full autoclave mould for the covers which is really good and strong. I have made several nice fibreglass covers to test it out.

    I could have a go at one, It just depends how it drapes in the mould, I'll give it a go and post up results.
