The stands are different as I wanted a larger base plate for my 950 stand but Ducati only do one for the 1200 & it will not fit
The side stand fixing plate are, 950 - 82422533AA DVT - 82422532AA The 950 stand is £60 ish I would have a look at both fixing plates as they look very similar.
Thanks for the info, but that part number is for the left foot rest I’m looking for a bigger base plate for the side stand

I'm feeling the same as you bradders. I was looking at the sidestand on the 950 in Riders, to me it looks like a longer sidestand as well, compared to the 1200's as the bike appeared to be more upright, but that could be down to it being mounted in a slightly different position. I thought the fitting bracket looked the same as the 1200 though, but the guy behind the counter suggested, why don't I weld one on myself like Ducati have with done the 950 and save myself a few quid ?
Yeah, I know what he means, I wish I could weld Think I may get the wife to mark top the point and see if I can get someone to do it
