Does anyone know where I might get a pair of the plastic frames that hold the original air filters? My 996 has an over bell mouth filter that I want to swap for PiperCross filters in the air tubes!
It's a long shot but I reckon you could get some off a pair of original filters... They're part of the filter itself so you can just remove them (then clip together) and use the on the Pipercross ones. That's what I did!
Very easy job as long as you have the frames, make sure you get the filters round the right way as they have two types of filter sponge bonded together.
