996 Swinging Arm

  2. Try looking on a 996, they normally have them. They tend to be towards the back. :)

  4. I have a 916 / 996 Swing Arm on the shelf (are they different?) :D and 3 999 Black ones too :D

  5. All 748 - 998 swinging arms are the same so one from any model in that range will fit.

  6. I don't know if you're looking for a mint one, I have one going spare which is complete less axle. Not something I would post so 40 quid collected (near Dorking)

  7. Thanks Chris but dorking is a bit far away to collect
    mine has a bad case of chain rash at front of the arm
    So would like one as good a condition as I can find

  10. Yeh, not far off, I was going to make a swivel wall mounted coffee table, but if it's needed on a bike it might be a better use :D

Hi mate not sure if this helps but I had the same happen to my 748r the chain had totally rubbed though the chain guard and into the alloy, I took the swing arm off and had the groves alloy welded up, rubbed it flat and repainted it ,looks brand new now and was a lot cheaper! Plus I got to keep my original swing arm.
