  1. Hi all, I am just about to put my clutch back together ref my rebuild project 998 and I want to be sure I get all the plates in the correct order & correct stack hieght.
When i took it apart it had 7 friction plates & 8 steel plates, as I only have the Haynes 748>996 manual which doesnt cover the testa motor should I just build it up as a 999 ?
Thanks in advance to any 998 jedi,s out there .

  2. Yep. Stock dry clutches all build up the same. 2 steels in first, then alternate and finish with a final steel before the pressure plate goes on.
