As the title says. I'm after a mint / show room condition or very low mileage 998R. I may swap my standard 998S plus money, but only if the seller wants that.. Note the 998S isn't for sale. Right money available for the right bike. Cheers Mr. AirCon
What's happened to you 'right money' now that would be a refreshing change Someone on here said they would let there 996R go for sensible money, can't remember who it was
This one (in track trim) sold for 12€k about ten days ago via a Ducati dealer in Berlin. You should maybe broaden your horizons a little!
It’s an R no. 227 at Ducati Berlin. I did put the word out on here but most members seem to have an aversion to buying anything from anywhere east of Lowestoft!
They aren't the official Duacti dealer that was selling a 999R, what you put a deposit on,that wasn't an R are they?
No, that was Ducati Grenoble, that’s a city in France, a totally different country. Their telephone number is +33 4 38 37 09 90! I bought my 999R (the one that is an R) from Ducati CCR, in Germany, whose telephone number is +49 04836-1550! I bought my 1098R, 1198R, D16RR from etc. Just let me know who you’d like to ring and I’ll supply the numbers for you so you can ask your obtuse questions directly thus cutting me out of the middle whilst satisfying your curiosity!
looks like a right miss match of parts... blue bostrom colour frame in that good a match it has to be a bostrom (998s) cant see the unique plaque on the top yoke. cheap 848 type wheels 999 Ohlins forks M4 callipers wrong aftermarket seat unit and fibreglass fairings.. shoit exhaust heat shield and the suspension needs setting up...... fook me my shitter bitsa is more of an R!
Hello, a coincidence that I was looking at this site yesterday - unbelievable stock including a 998R. https://www.madeinitalymotorcycles.com/post/ducati-998r-2002 Many years ago they had a Mk1 Superlight and I emailed with a man called John about reimporting it to Italy, he was very very nice to speak with.
