Odd one today. I've bled the back brake today and got decent pressure, then it went off again, no pressure. Came back in and now I have a bit of pedal. Sound like seals to anyone?
after a ride?, does it pump up? could be drawing air,blocked hole between reservoir and master cylinder broken spring in master, seized caliper slides. play in wheel bearing or warped disk. so em. not much help really.

:Hilarious::smileys:. quite possible. you could clamp the flexy hose and see if the pedal goes and stays hard. that would narrow it down.
