When i bought the 999s there was an half termi on it. The ecu has been remapped on a dyno. So i got a spare ecu with it. Is this my stock ecu? Or the dp ecu? (So the stock one has been remapped). Also got this one bought for a 10 pounds with the stock exhaust of an 749.
Stock 999 map ref 28640841H IAW5AM The other is a stock 749 IAW59M but I am struggling to identify the map ref
So the 999s is an stock ecu for stock exhaust. The other for an stock 749. Pre model is guess? Read that the iaw5m is better then the 59.??
The 749 ECU will be from an early bike (2003-2004) The 59M can suffer from coil driver failure. Fortunately they can be upgraded to the more reliable 5AM.
