  7. I always try to get a couple of laps when I ride up to Scarborough, makes you realise how crazy the racers are going round there as such speeds.

  8. It is not exactly a ride now is it, more like a overnight trip minimum.

  9. yeah guy martin lives fair local
known to be seen in varius bike shops localy

  10. Kirmington, opposite the airport is where his parents live....

  11. Scarborough is definitley the best circuit in the country for spectators, I got to the Cock O' the North and Gold Cup last year, its an easy day trip for me, but I always try to make a weekend of it if I can.
I used to go to lots of BSB rounds each year, but since my first visit to the TT in 1995 my interest has slowly declined to the point where I only watch racing at Cadwell (my local circuit) and Scarborough and The Island.

  12. Never managed to get myself more than halfway across the Irish Sea (TT for the last 18 years and 4 trips to the MGP) but I really ought to make the effort this year and get right across to see the real stuff. It will probably have to be 2nd half of the year though, as I had a shoulder op. on 7th Dec and am not quite ready for the pushbike yet. Then the XL185 will have to come out of retirement to assist in my rehabilitation before I get back on the Ducs.

  13. Anstey looks like someone flicked his nuts with a towel!

  14. No, you don't have to inflict physical pain to get that reaction - someone just told him morning practice was before 10:30am.

  15. He could save even more time by sleeping on a stretcher in his leathers next to the bike. Wake him up when they start it to warm it up, that's enough time to wake up and then do 180 down Sulby straight. Noooo problem.
