Aero Kit fitted

  1. As I am 6ft 2in I thought I would fit the aero kit to see if it will make any difference, hope to find out when the gales and floods stop but why did Ducati paint them a slightly darker colour!

  2. No idea why 2 pics have shown up?

  3. A few questions if I may ?
did you have to remove the headlight fairing to change the screen Or did you get away with just removing the mirrors lifting the fairing and reaching the bottom screen bolts to remove them with your fingers ?
Also the demo panigale at my local dealers has Ducati oversize screen fitted as well. When you fold the mirrors back the base of the mirror stem pushes against the screen and causes scratching. Is this the same for you ?

  4. Hi nev,

Only parts I removed were the 2 side fairing bolts below the mirrors, slid the bottom part of of the aero piece between side fairing and bike then clipped in from the front and pushed backwards. It all slips in quite easily and is a very good tight fit.

Yeah, my mirrors catch the screen but like you, I was warned by the dealer about this.

  5. Had a couple of PM's so here is a pic of the aero kit for those that are unsure of what they look like. They are the 2 additional plastic pieces, one on each side of the fairing in the pic.
