Anybody know of any aftermarket subframe manufacturers for the SS front subframe? Mine has broken at the weld for the mirror mount and fancy an upgrade if possible! (looked at SES but they've not got headlight provisions. Also SL exhaust hangers... Any recommendations?
I'm sure if you call SES they will sort you out. I'm almost certain they manufacture on-site and they are very helpful.
As Arquebus says, Steve Bailey, BBB Fabrications can make light alloy front sub-frame for you. I've held an 888 version and its weighs nothing compared to the original. He also does high level hangers and link pipes. He's just done / doing rear frame mod on mine and is Fabricating Carbon cans and all sort of other stuff. I'll point him at this thread. Whereabouts are you based?
Sounds like he's the one to go to. I dealt with him last year. I'm based out near Peterborough. I have so pipes (about to 'core' them) I'll drop him a line on Monday !
Got a set of hi level pipes for sale with carbon cans brackets and link pipes. In Leicestershire if interested.
Sorted, ordered via Steve B, my hangers, and going for an alloy subframe when funds allow (big birthdays next month to fund) and a very expensive Christmas! Also going to save for spaghetti headers, they look mega!
