1200 DVT Akrapovic Decat Pipe

  1. Shit on a stick, 900 sovs for a bit of pipework no one sees?!

Does look nice in Ti tho...

  2. So, from comments on here, a decat map for the DVT is proving a little more challenging to develop than the twin spark or original engine. The O2 sensors coped well with the Leo Vince decat pipe on my 2012 S although I did eventually have a remap that disabled them. You would have thought Akrapovic know their business so although quite a hefty price, you might be fine. Andy

  3. Well at least you get the front pipe , which you don't get with the termi system

  4. Well, from what I've read this morning, a re-map is not required.

  5. Got a link to what you have been reading ? Andy

    • Thanks Thanks x 1
  6. I'm seriously tempted by the Akra.
Cal sport are doing the slip-on for £911, and decat pipe for £875.

Might go for slip-on first, and decat later.

Don't suppose anyone has a discount code for Calsport?

  7. I know it's good to shop UK, but a saving is a saving, I bought from these eBay sellers in the past ( Italy, no import tax ) £100 cheaper than cal-sport

Don't you think the larger Akra silencer is a tad ugly ? I'm guessing though the smaller Akra silencer will probably be too loud

  8. The decat only fits the larger can.

  9. I thought that might be the case.
are the o2 sensors just left to dangle around , with a de-cat pipe fitted ?
The Akra looks like the complete headers ?

  10. It does come with headers. Not sure about the sensors.

  11. Nearly £100 off the slip-on as well as the decat. Great info! Thanks. :upyeah:
