I have attempted to look for an answer to my question, without success, I'm looking to fit an Akrapovic silencer to my new dvt , in my opinion the best looking silencer by far for the multi ( just my opinion : ) Is it easy enough to obtain a decat pipe to go with it ? Or are people using different decat pipes? Also is it expensive & a ball ache to have the bike remapped ? Thanks in advance for any advice
Akra do a decat pipe named optional headers I believe, on my phone so won't be able to easily find it but look on the website. Remapping will cost anywhere around £500 -/+ depending on garage and shouldn't be too tough or take more than leaving the bike with them for more than a day or 2 if they are good at what they do
