How about asking your local Alpinestars dealer? IME, Alpinestars is one of the best brands for boot repairs. I know you can send Astars books back to Italy (via your retailer) for resoling. So, I expect you can get new Velcro tabs, too.
I got some replacement laces for my SMX Plus from Helmet City Cicester (via her majesty's finest postal service), I guess they'd do the zip velcro too
