Another Ducati Assistance Card Query

  1. I read a thread on here about the Ducati assistance helpline number. The thing is, I've looked through the wallet I got with the bike and there isn't a card in there. I've also had the bike 10 weeks now so if it's sent in the post hopefully it would have been here by now.

    So how do I get one?

  2. It should turn up but can take a couple of months. You should also be able to login to the Ducati website and download it but I can't remember the details of how to.
    The phone numbers are in the red booklet that came with the bike titled "Europe 1"

  6. I have now found that it works on the O2 network if you drop the first zero.
    ie. 080033228877

  7. It's probably a very busy line so be patient. Best to book ahead.
