How come when the anti wheelie is turned off the bike has a BSD warning and no cruise control ? Is there anything else affected when I turn it to zero like say does the traction control still work ? I know on the R1250GS to switch it off you loose the abs and I think the traction control. I cant understand why when the system is independent it needs to turn anything else off.
Given the basic measure for traction is wheel speed difference, if the front wheel is in the air, I can see a reason for turning it off. You’d hardly want the traction to kick in, if you were deliberately pulling a wheelie. I can also see a reason for turning the adaptive cruise control off, assuming the electronics look for data from both wheel sensors. Andy
