The fence between heaven and hell is getting to be a bit of a mess, so God shouts over to Satan "Oi, when are you going to sort your fence out?". Satan shouts back "not my fence, not my problem!". God is pretty annoyed and shouts over "look, the posts are on your side, it's your fence. If you don't sort it out I'll call my solicitor!". Satan laughs and shouts back "And where the f**k are you going to find a solicitor?"...
I have just gone through the Probate process without a solicitor, it wasn't that difficult, but it does take time.
I am so disappointed. I looked in here hoping to find a really juicy story. Good luck with your stuff all the same
not being funny, but sometimes your house insurance gives you 'free' access to legal experts - your question may be specialised, given the topic - but worth a start, if you don't strike lucky on here? when it comes to probate though, paid/insured expert advice is often worth it, from some of the elements i have seen.
Being serious - unless it's a complicated case, all solicitors do charge a fortune for things that you can do yourself with a little research. It's not difficult, but it does take time...
