Well after several hours of looking at you tube I decided to strip the unit down and find the problem. I had ordered some new Resin which is quite expensive and found that mine was in a poor state, which surprised me really because it was re-built by Kinetico engineers in the south east!! I won't be giving them any recommendations I can tell you!! Anyway all repaired now and working correctly.
Bollox...... got to take it apart again as I was sold the wrong resin, apparently I need ion exchange resin which I did not get. Anyway it only takes me 30 mins to get it in and out and up and running now.:Banghead:
