so I've had this tiny mark on my dash for a while and hasn't really bothered me until today. Thought I'd pop round to my parents house on the 899...come to go a few hours later and the mark is now more pronounced. Are these bikes not designed to be left outside!!? Absolute shite
yeah can't see anything wrong from the image but the pani gauges are fucked, they don't like the sun and crack. Stick a screen protector on it and when your out throw a rag on it. I towed my 899 home after a track day with sun on it all day and it cracked.
Totally agree with you both, the dash screen is made of poor quality Perspex that just cracks, also prone to fogging up as well. Why Ducati don't admit that this is a common fault is beyond me!!! Very poor.
Mine has two or three what look like scratches but there ain't a chance I've damaged it and put it down to the sun. I've put on an angel screen protector to try and prevent any more occuring.
