Anyone Have Access To A Lathe And 12mm Stainless Steel Bar?

Hi,

Before I start asking at local engineering firms, does anyone here have the kit to turn me 4 x inserts, approx 12mm dia x 20mm long, with a M8 tapped hole right through? Not too fused on the grade, as long as it can be TIG welded.

Not looking for a feebie, but I know this is way too small a job for most engineering firms to bother with.
