As the title, anyone used Conquest racing recently? I ordered a Fullsix belly pan on Tuesday morning, their website stated: Fullsix Carbon Fibre: (IN STOCK) or (OUT OF STOCK AVAILABLE ON BACKORDER) notification feature will be shown on each listing. (IN STOCK) items will be shipped within 1-2 working days (OUT OF STOCK AVAILABLE ON BACKORDER) parts please allow 8-12+ weeks for UK delivery after purchase. Now it states: Fullsix Carbon Fibre: (IN STOCK) or (OUT OF STOCK AVAILABLE ON BACKORDER) notification feature will be shown on each listing. (IN STOCK) items will be shipped within 2 working days (OUT OF STOCK AVAILABLE ON BACKORDER) parts please allow 8-12+ weeks for UK delivery after purchase. They have a telephone number on their eBay listing constantly says 'We away from the office'??? They take forever to answer an email. I emailed them Wednesday at 7:27am asking them to confirm my order would be shipped, still awaiting a reply. Come on, get with it, don't blame covid or something for not answering the phones! Restrictions are lifted! Only answer I've had from them yesterday is when I asked them on facebook for tracking details after I got an automated email saying my order had shipped with no tracking details! They sent me tracking details that does not even show my order as collected. So far not impressed, their communication is pants and very frustrating when you can not get any info. I hope my order arrives today, but doubtful. Right now it appears the shipment was booked with royalmail but not actually shipped.
Update, just got an email from Royalmail saying my order will be delivered Saturday So much for 1-2 days shipping what their website advertised. Problem I now have is Royalmail saying they will deliver between 9:21am and 12:21pm. No one will be available to take delivery after 11am. Pants service imho, their website states they even use DPD, £500 order could have been shipped with DPD for next working day delivery! Shipping cost I paid more than covers DPD shipping. Start answering the phones Conquest and provide prompt communication please.
Agree, he’s normally on the ball and responds quick enough the few times I’ve used him. Last time being about a month ago and quickly delivered.
I’ve bought from them before, always found them honourable. Let me get this right, you ordered Tuesday and it’s being delivered Saturday.
Which I think means 1 or 2 days (Wed & Thurs) to get it packaged & to shipping company, then two days for the shipping to complete (which is Fri & Sat). Maybe I'm mistaken?
Just to clarify my expectations, which I think are reasonable. 1) Order placed early morning Tuesday around 7:30am before the business opened. 2) Website clearly stated 1-2 days shipping therefore I expected my order to ship by close of business Wednesday latest via a 24 hour courier. 3) I would have expected delivery Thursaday latest, Friday at a push. But hey ho, maybe my expectations are to high due to the way I run my own online business, they should be communicating if an order is deleyed or at the least answer their phones. Anyway it is what it is, hopefully Royalmail attempt delivery before I go out this morning.
I have looked at their terms and conditions for delivery Here they are which I’m sure you have done too. This is just my opinion but he has posted via Royal Mail Can you use the Royal Mail app and change your delivery preference or have a nominated safe space to leave items if your going out I do appreciate your frustration though
My order arrived this morning, before we had to go out. Belly pan looks cool. Hopefully get it fitted in next day or so. All's well that ends well
This thread can be closed please, belly pan fitted, all's good. Posted a photo in Supersport section.
