Says at the bottom of the page it's a test store, any order will not be fulfilled. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
It is Ducati Manchester's on-line store. @El Toro might ask them if they know what it says at the bottom of the pages!
Martin from Ducati Manchester has just responded. This is what he said; "Hi Terry We are working closely with bologna to set up a store linked to the factory The idea is customers order online , the system tells them a factory delivery date to us It's very hard work and when finished will be unique in the network It won't let you order anything at this stage I'm really sorry customers have found it and found it misleading That's never our intention I will ask Chris to issue the forum with an apology Thank you for being if it to my attention" Hope that helps.
Chris, the dealer principal from Ducati Manchester has just emailed me, and this is what he's said; "Hi Terry.. ducatistore.net is a test site as we are trying to get a live link with the factory. It is a test site ... not live ... once we get the link working properly it will be launched. We just have to make it visible and 'live' to test the link between us and the factory. Trying to integrate two system is hard enough but when the Italians are involved it is proving much longer process .... apologies about this, but we need it 'live' while they send there feed and then we have to test the data. And the exchange rate causing havoc with the Italians too . Please apologise to the forum for me." Hope that answers everyone's questions.
