Anyone Like To See Orchids?

  2. I started keeping Orchids when my wife's best friend died unexpectedly. Her hOuse was full of them. I took 4 and had another 2 added later.

  3. orchids dont last 5 minutes in our house hold,over watered maybe?,,but have lots of wild ones on the vista and they look great:)

  4. I had one given too me last year it’s been forgotten about while I was in hospital and now it has some flowers on it :)

  8. I’m surprised it’s still alive as I’m useless with plants but this seems to like to be forgotten
    I used to water very minimal and make sure leaves were dust free and it ignored me
    I ignore it and look !!!! Flowers

  9. Oh and I dropped it and it snapped in half and broke the other stem
    I tell ya they love abuse :D

  12. Best orchids I’ve ever seen were In The Botanical gardens in Singapore.

    Absolutely outstanding.

    The place was spotless and very well pruned -I’m sure it was a coincidence that the Cambridges were due to visit the day after.....

  15. Been there a few times it's always spotless as is the City. Went again end of 2017 but a lot was shut off as it is being redesigned not open again till next year
