Hi, I apologise if this has been asked before, I did have a quick search and was not successful..... I have a large rx-7 gp and want to make it into a medium, I heard the shell is the same size only the padding differs..? so, can I swap over padding for a medium to get the large to fit like a medium? Thanks in advance
There's such a choice of sizes for the internals of Arais, I'd find a helpfull shop, try all the combinations of bits and buy what's most comfortable. You may find small check pads with medium skull piece works best or vice versa. Certainly gonna be cheaper than a new lid.
1um3, that is correct, the medium and large Arai RX7-GP are exactly the same shell size it is the interior pad that is different and they are available through Arai suppliers.
Indeed they have a big range of pads for top, sides, cheeks etc. Most Arai dealers should have them (not cheap though), checkout; Arai Interiors & Cheek Pads - FREE UK DELIVERY for inspiration.
