THIS IS the moment that two undercover police officers intercepted suspected moped thieves in Manchester last month. In the clip caught on a dashcam, the officers, aboard Honda CRFs, strike as the two mopeds stop at a red traffic light. Sweeping past traffic, they pull in front of the scooters, knocking one to the ground as the rider legs it. The officers grab hold of the rider and passenger on the other moped as back up gives chase to the third suspect.
