The benefits of having Aussie space! This is my good friends new repairs shed in Brisbane. His other shed has his road bikes & he’s looking to upgrade that now. He asked me to emigrate there once, sometimes I do regret it!
With a cracking set up like that there's no excuses for motivation on the maintenance side of things.
Back in 1989 we nearly bought a holiday/rental property in a place called Queenscliff, just south of Geelong. It was £30k for a 4 bed bungalow with about half an acre of land. I often wish I’d not got cold feet and had gone through with it.
