Guys. Has anyone a photo or drawing of how the battery tray mounts please. The two top bolts are obvious but the centre lower one seems to have a strange flanged bolt that screws into one of the triangular shaped covers on the engine. It seems to pull the battery tray off level and looks difficult to remove the oil filler plug when fastened tight. Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks Craig
If I remember correctly, the strange flanged bolt locates into a rubber grommet in the tray. It’s just a push fit, not firmly attached at that point.
Cheers bud. That makes sense. One of the rubber pads will fit in the hole and push onto the flanged bolt.
