  1. I have 2 Ducati and i don't use them a lot time ago (1 or 2 year)2 years ago i had change belts in all bikes... From the maintence's Ducati book, i have read Ducati suggest to change them every 2 years or 20.000 km.

i think i dont need change them... they have 300/400 km of work

  2. It depends on the bike. Ducatis up to about 2010 or so we're 12,000 miles or 2 years. Later bikes 15,000 miles or 3 years, then 15,000 miles or 5 years. Some of latest bikes are at 18,000 miles or 5 years, there have been some changes to the belts though.
For a low miles bike you should be ok for 3 years.

  6. Is that 12 kph or 12000 kph o_O

  7. 12000

  8. Lost in translation I think, 12,000 kph = 12,000 kilometres per hour which is quite fast for a Ducati o_O for distance we say 12,000 km :):upyeah:

  9. yep sorry

  10. Probably more reason to change them after you no use it a lot... rather t gf in one that’s in use daily...
They get deformed to a shape sitting still!

  11. Belt pulley Bearings actually cause more problems through seizure as the grease hardens with age causing them to run hot .
