I’ve had a Hyperpro steering damper on my 853 track bike for quite a while, I think I bought it off a forum member. Anyway, the damper resistance adjuster took a bit of a scrape on a journey to Spain in a stillage and I did nothing about it. On the spur of the moment, I emailed the company today to ask if the knob was sold as a spare part. I received a reply within the hour asking for a photograph of the damper and then a confirming email that a replacement knob was in the post FOC. That is most definitely first class customer service.
