I bought a 2nd hand slipper clutch via eBay from RLA. On packaging he noticed that the spider spring was cracked. An easy thing to miss. So he contacted me and let me know and kindly offered to refund the cost of the spring. Now I was aware its a 2nd hand item and wouldnt be perfect. Anyhoo Ive sourced a replacement and Rich at RLA kindly refunded me a portion of the cost. I didnt think it fair he shoulder the whole cost as its a 2nd hand item. So will I buy from them again? You betcha. Its nice to meet and deal with decent people on eBay. Hes now added to my fave sellers and I buy with confidence. I think you can too. Thanks Rich.
