If it's never been registered and/or started I presume the warranty would become active once you do either? If that's the case and I had the money I think I'd bung an offer in against that rather than the SL pani, not that I think there's owt wrong with the sl (it's gorgeous) but IMO the desmo is far more desirable and unique.
