For context. Ordered a Furygan textile set, sent me the wrong jacket. No problem, mistakes happen. Emailed them, two days later I got a reply asking for a picture. I sent the pictures as requested, 3 days later no response despite email chase up the day before. Registered a complaint and somebody else sent an email. They clearly hadn't read the email trail from their own ticket system as they reserved the wrong replacement for the exchange. Corrected them and sent the jacket back a week Wednesday. Still waiting for my replacement. Needless to say I won't be using them again. If Sportsbike had my size in I would have used them anyway, first class service everytime.
