I have lost my number plate light cover as I foolishly forgot to tighten the two long screws that fix it from the rear. If anyone has one spare they could sell me that would be great, as I have made inquires at a dealers and this part is not sold separately, I would have to buy the complete rear light assembly!
I believe you are correct Chris, there does appear to be 2 versions. One is retained from the rear by 2 long screws, the other by 1 single screw on the side of the cover. The one I am after is the one retained by the 2 long screws from the rear. Do you know which was the one that you sent to someone, and might it still be available?
From memory mine is the two screw version. I'll go check now. Ignore me, it's still on the bike! I thought when i put the tail tidy on it went, my mistake.
For a moment there I thought this thread was "Black plastic number plate cover..." which would be an interesting device.
